I’M LAURIE, A LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST & FOUNDER OF SABRA COUNSELING OF SOUTH FLORIDA.
Practicing over 35 years, I have witnessed how people can feel as if life is turning upside down or as though they are standing still in a dark, lonely place. My mission as a psychotherapist has been to help people regain control of their lives, quiet their fears, and renew their hope as they move forward.
I connect with my clients in a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental manner, creating a safe space where they can openly share their personal stories. Together, we then seek solutions, and implement tools and strategies that empower them to feel more grounded and reclaim their sense of purpose and fulfillment.
